Our windshield repair process begins by carefully drilling into the chip to create a clean access point, allowing our materials to penetrate the damage fully. We then inject a specialized acrylic‑acid into the chip which chemically bonds with the fractured glass. Once the resin is in place, we remove the trapped oxygen inside the chip—the same oxygen that causes the dark or black appearance—so the damage becomes far less visible and the bond can form properly. To finish, we apply a high‑strength pit resin to seal the surface, cure it under UV light, and polish it smooth, leaving your windshield clear, reinforced, and protected from further spreading. The entire process takes about 15-20 minutes.
